Individual sessions. Just the two of us, one hour at a time.
Most people come in feeling a little unsure — that’s okay. We’ll start where you are and build from there.
- A 60-minute one-on-one session via Google Meet
- Space to talk through anxiety, low moods, burnout, relationships, or life transitions
- Warm, non-judgmental, paced entirely to what you need that day
- Simple follow-ups and gentle practices you can carry into the week
- Everything stays private and confidential between us
